Joondalup fire under control after wildfire - 7:10 PM

Winnipeg Fire Services is investigating a small fire, located at 1550 Dufferin Rd. NE, in the same community as the fire that's burning in the Fort Garry area.

There is no active danger for Winnipeg fire crews, however, they do have a one kilometre perimeter around a nearby residence.

No other residents are currently in danger, but authorities have urged anyone in the area to leave all doors and windows closed, and to be in a safe location.
